For Our Students: Board of Education Student Ambassador Program

The Student Board of Education (BOE) Ambassador Program gives students a meaningful opportunity to share their voices and help shape the future of our schools.

This year, the Board of Education invites students in grades 8 through 12 to apply. We will select two 8th-grade students from each middle school and two students from each grade level at Edison High School and John P. Stevens High School to serve as Student Ambassadors.

Selected students will work directly with the Board of Education and district leaders to provide input on policies, programs, and initiatives that impact students. Ambassadors will represent their peers, participate in meetings and discussions, and help strengthen communication between students and decision-makers.
