Dear Parent/Guardian,

As we continue to build a strong and collaborative educational community, I am pleased to invite you to our Parent-Teacher Conferences. This year, our conferences will be held in person on Wed, December 3, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This is a vital opportunity for you to engage directly with your child's teachers and gain valuable insights, especially in areas where your child may need additional support.

Please be aware that this will be our only scheduled conference night for the year. To participate, kindly take note of the following important details:

  1. Online Registration via Genesis Parent Portal opens on November 14th at 10 AM and closes on November 25th. Please choose 'Schedule conference' in Genesis to view all available time slots for each teacher.

  2. Conference times are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

  3. Each conference will last 5 minutes. If a more detailed discussion is needed, please schedule an alternate meeting by contacting the teacher via email.

  4. It is crucial that everyone adheres to their allotted times to ensure a smooth flow for all participants.

  5. Appointments with your child’s school or college counselor can also be scheduled for additional guidance and support.

When attending the conferences in person, please bring your list of scheduled appointments.

To help ensure a smooth evening, we recommend leaving at least a 5-minute gap between conferences to allow for travel time between classrooms. Click here for the room location of your child’s teacher.
